ABET LAMINATI’s high pressure laminates top Arper’s NUUR table, winner of the Compasso D’Oro ADI award, the most important acknowledgment for Italian design. Designed by Simon Pengelly, NUUR is the archetypal table: a single, spare plane floating above four slender legs.

The winning design is created with ABET LAMINATI’s “Colours” Collection using 410 Bianco Ghiaccio and 435 Rosso Antico, in a Soft finish, however, tabletops are available in either colored laminate or wood veneer and in square or rectangular formats. The structure is offered in polished or painted aluminum. The result is an aesthetically pure but flexible design – a universal system based on the simple principle of four corner legs, four rails and a top. NUUR adapts to diverse applications and environments.
