Century 21 commissioned internationally renowned design firm, Barteluce Architects, to create a modern aesthetic reflective of the brand’s 50 years of iconic fashion history. The contemporary space includes distinctive features such as intersecting back-lit soffits, a sophisticated envelope of grays and neutral tones with punches of bold color at architectural elements using ABET LAMINATI laminates, hanging light sculptures, and a dynamic façade of color changing light. The layout was designed to enhance the consumer’s shopping experience with wider aisles, more fitting rooms and an abundance of natural light throughout the space. The new store, located at Lincoln Square, NYC, will house 5 floors of the largest selection of brand-name men’s and women’s’ apparel, European collections, accessories, handbags, shoes, lingerie, suits and children’s.
